A Change at Wilburforce Foundation
Today we’re announcing a future leadership transition at Wilburforce Foundation. Our long-time Executive Director Tim Greyhavens will retire at the end of this year. Tim has been with the foundation for 25 years, and we are extraordinarily grateful to Tim for his intrepid leadership that has helped guide us to where we are today.
While this is an important change for the foundation, it is not in any way a change in our mission, strategy or commitment to protecting important lands, waters, and wildlife in Western North America. Our board and staff remain firmly dedicated to our approach and our grantees.
Paul Beaudet, our current Associate Director, will succeed Tim as Executive Director effective January 1, 2017. As many of you know, Paul has been part of our foundation since 1999, and he has been influential in building our operations and developing our goals. In his current role as Associate Director he has focused on capacity building investments that help our grantees achieve higher levels of effectiveness.
